Job Description:

• Good technical knowledge of automation technologies – RPA, ML and AI, Workflow based tools

• Client facing – Act as solution architect for End to end management of client engagements – risk detailing, calling out governances, basic project plans, scope and budget definition, resource allocation, product delivery, maintenance, optimizing programs, improving profitability & retention

• Must have worked in offshore delivery model at large SI.

• Good understanding of standard ADM stacks (J2EE, MS) and other glue technologies.

• Good awareness of wider technology platforms including but not limited to – Salesforce, ServiceNow and Cloud environments

• Provide leadership in proposing effective solutions to the clients for automation requirements in the client organization. Incorporate latest developments of new technologies into solutions.

• Able to demonstrate awareness of business and organizational processes and reflect this in approaches to resolving issues and problem solving, reasoning and social intelligence

• Should have handled multiple IT Services delivery engagements with team sizes of a minimum of 50 resources each

• Exposure or certification in Design Thinking, Open and Platform thinking

• Provide leadership in identifying opportunities to further increase the capabilities of the delivery teams through trainings, automation and other mechanisms.

• Responsible for team building and mentoring

• Work directly with various platform teams, quality assurance, the IT development team, the IT operations team, business analysts, business users, and management to propose solutions and resolve issues.

 

Requirements:

• At least 15+ years of work experience.

• At least 6+ years of prior experience with hands on project / program management for multiple Fortune 500 clients.

• At least 2+ years of hands on delivery experience in banking / capital markets, insurance and F&A domains for CGRLH / HMS Verticals
