Job Title: Solution Architect
As Solution Architect, the candidate would be required to:
- Provides technology perspective input into new product and vendor selection process.
- Supporting project definition by leading the solution architecture (functional/technical) and design by front facing business and other stakeholders.
- Challenge business requirements and demands to ensure high quality candidate solutions are created and considered.
- Reviewing detailed design, test strategy, scope and test scenarios for solution design fitment.
- Creates technology solutions at an initial level of detail, to meet business requirements for medium to large scale projects, in line with Group IT Strategies & Architectures, and tech domains:
- Add Clarity and assist the product SME’s in translating business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements where required.
- Identifying common or duplicated needs across landscape
- Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, data, and other component teams to design end-to-end solution to the business requirements.
- Applies innovative thinking to support the business in delivering its strategic objectives in line Group Architecture standards and tech domains, rather than just responding to a pre-defined request.
- Produce Solution documentation to a high standard that clearly articulates solution covering functional, non-functional, with focus on Infrastructure views, operations views, alerting and monitoring & resilience.
- Assist with identifying areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
- Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
- Supports design & architecture development and governance activities.
To be Successful in this Role, you would need:
- 12+ Years consistent track record in IT design, development, and architecture with demonstrated experience as a solution architecture working with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in large, complex, global and multi-functional programs.
- Have experience working on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF-Recruitment, SF-Onboarding SAP – OM/PA with touch points into payroll, time and SAP Finance
- Have experience working on SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Time & Payroll
- Has prior experience on SuccessFactors PMGM, LMS, Compensation
- Have knowledge and experience of various data exchange mechanism covering API’s, Events, file-based integration which cover but is not limited to:
- SuccessFactors and SAP as well as non-SAP Systems in a complex
- HR Systems and Data Warehouse and Analytics products
- Have designed custom solutions and enhancements on platforms like BTP/ GCP/Azure covering design and integrations with SAP/SuccessFactors
- Be well versed on secure design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral and written in English).
- Strong presentation skills to clearly present and convey the architecture and solution for various business and technology requirements and problems and get agreement from stakeholders.
- Maintains and updates knowledge, by reading appropriate literature, attending conferences and seminars, meeting and maintaining contact with other leading practitioners of the technical specialism.
