Description
Summary: In this role, the Solution Architect will assist in the rollout and ongoing implementation of PSA project and resource management products supporting customer service businesses. The Solution Architect will become knowledgeable in existing rollout features/uses and will be required to assist task updates, product feature enhancements and recommend options to best practices.
