Summary:

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. They work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. They also oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level IT solutions
  • Identify and assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Oversee the implementation of IT solutions
  • Manage project risks and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
  • Provide technical expertise and support to IT staff
  • Mentor and train junior IT staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level IT solutions
  • Experience with a variety of IT technologies and platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
