Work across the entire landscape that spans across network, compute, storage, data bases, applications, transactions and business domain.
Use the BigData and AI driven features of vuSmartMaps to provide solutions that will enable customers to provide insights to their applications’ performance and improve the business and end user experience for their applications.
Collaborate with customer teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solution and integrations as required.
Create detailed designs, solutions and validate with internal engineering and peer teams. Establish a good network of relationships with both internal and external customers.
Understand the customers’ application architecture and transaction level workflow to identify critical touch points and necessary metrics to be monitored and analysed to provide detailed insights.
Analytics and analysis on data and provide business insights and recommendations.
Constantly stay ahead in communicating the latest progress/status with customers.
Manage planning and execution of platform implementation at customer sites.
Work with the product team in developing new features, identifying platform bugs, solution gaps etc.
Interest and aptitude in learning new technologies- Big Data, no SQL databases, Elastic Search, Mongo DB, devops.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
