Job Description:
Deliver Personalization solutions based on Adobe Experience Platform, including Real Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Ability to conduct discovery workshops to define and consolidate business needs and layout a technology roadmap aligning business goals and needs.
Enterprise/ Solution architecture services to solve customer problems.
Strong knowledge in defining Personalization strategy for customers.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or prior experience in software development systems
7-10 years’ experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of solutions More than five years of implementation experience with various Customer Data Platform solutions. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites (Client) and Assets (DAM).
Experience with using Adobe Target for segmented personalization.
Experience identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.
Experience identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and recommending overall solution design.
Experience creating solutions and presenting to customers.
Exposure to more than one end to end implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including Real Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Experience in designing XDM Individual Profile and XDM Experience Events in AEP schemas. Understanding of performance optimization and scalability in AEP.
Thorough understanding of Adobe Security model with understanding of SSO.
Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc. Experience migrating customer profiles from legacy systems to AEP.
