Work you'll do
 

  • Create detailed project plans
  • Manage team performance and development; provide feedback, coaching, and training opportunities to foster growth and improve productivity for the team.
  • Identifies and reports potential risks and challenges proactively that may affect the project
  • Formulate strategies to minimize risks and ensuring the project progresses meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Build and sustain robust, strategic partnerships with clients to guarantee that project execution aligns with the roadmap outlined by the clients

Using our deep health, government, and technology consulting experience, our team strategically advises on design as well as implements and deploys solutions. In order to help clients reduce costs, improve health outcomes, and respond to public health crises, our Health Technology practice addresses critical health agency issues including: claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, and health case management.

Qualifications

Required:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodation
  • 5+ Years of Experience


Preferred:
 

  • 5+ Years of Experience successfully managing client projects
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Integrated Eligibility Healthcare Systems
  • 5+ Years of Experience in project road mapping, planning, and project execution
