Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology and sciences or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Description:
•    Deliver components of cloud infrastructure and contact center modernization engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions; identify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping)
•    Involve in design, develop and deliver secured Cloud Based Contact Center solution using Amazon Connect, Lambda, lex, SNS, SQS, AWS Pinpoint, AWS Wisdom, AWS Comprehend, AWS Task, RectJs, Amazon Chat, AWS Polly, AWS Transcribe, Realtime sentiment Analytics and reporting.
•    Build innovative solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, EKS, ECS, Faregate, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, AuroaDB, AWS Glue, AWS RedShift and other AWS services.
•    Implement Cloud security using AWS Guard Duty, AWS WAF, AWS Inspector, CloudTrail, AWS Config and VPC Flow log.
•    Migration and Application optimization with high available architecture design and implementation using, AWS EC2, ELB, Autoscaling, EBS, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM, SQS, RDS, Lambda, EKS, ECS, ECR, AWS DevOps Suits, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Watch.
•    Create critical collateral for client workshops and customer interactive sessions. Review and improve checklists for activities like upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, backup & recovery. Involve in pricing propositions, creating collateral, presentations.
•    Implement microservice architecture solutions that address cloud security and compliance fundamentals, deployment automation & elastic sizing of environments and multi-tenant implications deployment approach.
•    Implement highly available architectural solutions, implement load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures and data recovery planning and solution design for multi region deployments.
•    Develop comprehensive strategies that enable Cloud and Infrastructure transformations; contact center modernization. Application Assessment and Target State Definition, Application Migration Overview, Tools and Accelerators Development, Estimation Models, Guidelines for Pursuits & Proposals.
•    Serverless application design and solution implementation using, AWS Route 53, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFront, S3, SNS, SQS, DynamoDb, AWS RDS, AWS Amplify, AWS Pinpoint.
