ServiceNow Solution Architect 5 to 8 years of Experience in ITSM & ITOM.

➢ Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to build quick and effective work relations.

➢ Any one of the following certifications – CIS-ITSM , CIS-EM,CIS-DIS is a must.

➢ Strong communication skills with internal- and external stakeholders

➢ Expert stakeholder management skills.

➢ A desire to learn new technologies and willingness to share knowledge and skills with others.

➢ Experience of handling customer interactions for detailing the requirements, Gap analysis, clarifications and participating in acceptance testing

➢ Structure and custom implementation of configuration management database (CMDB), including required attribute tracking and multiple source consolidation.

➢ Experience in back-end integration, web services and Cloud interfacing (e.g. JSON, XML, RESTful interfacing)

➢ Experience with large scale Discovery/Service Mapping infrastructures. Integrations using web-services and MID server.

➢ Presentations for customer (write and demonstrate) Leadership over engineers, their process estimation, consulting and tasks control.

➢ Experience with middleware and discovery technologies with ServiceNow Import Sets and Transform Maps.

➢ Proven capability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

➢ Ensures product backlog has appropriate technical stories and participates in their prioritization.

➢ Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Workflow, SLAs, Reporting, ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.

➢ Experience in development including full life cycle activities & Domain Separation.

➢ Experience with ServiceNow Implementations and a documented record of at least 20 successful Phase-1 and Phase-2 Deployments or equivalent as lead with understanding of ITIL practices.

➢ 3y or more years’ experience with ServiceNow configuration

➢ Service Portal implementation experience and Advanced experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tool configuration and custom development & ITSM, REST, and SOAP API systems integration.

➢ Supporting sales calls and performing detailed scoping engagements.

➢ Working knowledge of developing in ServiceNow, Java Scripting, AngularJS, CMDB Architecture.

➢ Producing scoping outputs such as Statements of Work and Solution Designs.

➢ JavaScript / HTML experience and 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow customization and configuration in an enterprise environment

➢ Experience in building out ServiceNow Implementation and Support Strategies, Plans, and staffing models.

➢ ITIL Foundations Certification or existing knowledge, experience and/or training to enable attainment of certification within 90 days.

➢ ServiceNow Administrator Certification/Implementation Specialist or existing knowledge, experience and/or training to enable attainment of certification within 90 days.

➢ Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution and signoffs.

➢ Proven successful oversight of ServiceNow implementations.

➢ Understanding of various modules provided by ServiceNow with knowledge of how to integrate them together.

➢ Leading teams more than [20] people. Understanding of suite of modules provided by ServiceNow with a knowledge of how to integrate them together.

➢ Maintaining awareness of current business and industry issues / trends and incorporate into architecture design as appropriate.

➢ Assist in gathering and/or reviewing clients process requirements and assisting on how they map to ServiceNow, driving platform expansion and adoption.

➢ Provide mentoring and training to peers and colleagues in the organization.

➢ Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.

➢ Participate in growing and enhancing internal process for successful client delivery.
