Who are we looking for?

 

  • Over 6 years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience in a SAAS product or services company.

     

In This Role, You Will

 

  • Deeply embed with our most strategic enterprise customers, serving as their technical thought partner in ideating and building conversational AI solutions on the Kore platform.
  • Proactively provide guidance to our customers on how to maximize business impact from their chat & voice bots, accelerating their time to value.
  • Scale the Solutions Architect function through sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing assets to our internal and external repositories.
  • Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product teams.
  • Use your expertise in programming with Python and Javascript.
  • Support the Engagement Manager as a technical resource during the pre-sales process.
  • Design architectural blueprint for client install, outlining Kore fit into the client landscape, hardware sizing, deployment model, strategy for integrating with security framework at client.
  • Develop design documents outlining configuration of Kore for specific use cases proposed!
  • Act as a technical go to person for partner solution architects
  • Provide direct project oversight and liaise with offshore project teams.

     

You'll Thrive In This Role If You

 

  • Over 6 years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience in a SAAS product or services company.
  • Are proficient/have understanding of Python, Javascript, node.js, jquery, web sockets.
  • Built and/or delivered chat and voice bot solutions and are curious about everchanging technical landscape, including large language models.
  • Led complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders.
  • Have experience in Contact Center implementations (levering Genesys, AudioCodes, Avaya, Cisco), ASR/TTS Engines (Google, Azure, Nuance, etc.)
  • Are proficient in English, and preferably multilingual.
  • Are willing to don multiple hats in a fast moving environment.
  • Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done to ensure both your team and our customers succeed.
  • Have a humble attitude and an eagerness to help others with empathy.
  • Operate with high horsepower, are adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree good to have
