SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Job Title:- Solutions Architect
Location: - Richmond,VA (Local & hybrid)

* Create overall application and solution architectures, component designs, and systems integration and implementations for a particular business solution.
* Lead efforts in defining, documenting and estimating the following for enterprise applications.
* Capture requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, on- prem, hybrid and cloud topologies, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, system inputs and output.
* Collaborate with other IT staff to assess business needs and requirements and translate them into automated solutions
* Produce relevant solution design artifacts including but not limited to technical estimates, conceptual, logical and physical system designs, sequence diagrams, and data models
* Coordinate new system development to ensure it is consistent and well integrated with existing application systems and COTS solutions
* Collaborate with Business areas and cross- functional Enterprise Architects to fully understand business needs and provide strategic consultation
* Partner with architects, other technical team members and to develop roadmaps and strategies to support agency KPIs
* Design/Implement Enterprise Security/technology Patterns
* Consult with teams as needed on initiatives and provide tactical direction as well as provide architecture considerations on legacy solutions


Qualifications:
* Experience with SAFe architecture and proven work experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
* Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.
* Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
* Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
* Competency with XML constructs and schemas.
* Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST.
* Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.

C#, Web Services (WCF, Web API), JQuery, T-SQL, PL/SQL, etc.) within both on-premises and cloud environments.
 Hands-on experience with Angular / Blazor or any similar front-end technologies.
-Hands-on experience with project online API's
-Experience with Microservices architecture, Azure Architecture, Domain driven architecture.
-Experience with Azure native application development, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container instances, Kubernetes & Containers (Docker), Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus & Event Grid) ,Azure SQL Database, Azure Web Jobs, SQL Server IaaS, Azure Monitoring and Application Insights
-Knowledge and experience with configuration management and automation technologies such as Azure Devops, PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, and ARM Template
