• At least 1-3 year of experience – not taking over heavy lifting, but working/focusing on analytics and compliance
• Day to day – analytical supporting role – someone who has experience with analyzing projects – can jump in and support projects, not leading but supporting projects that are in flight
• If able to master the role, could support additional projects
• Someone who can jump in and immediately support without a ton of training.
• Training/onboarding: Onboarding will be team and project-specific, not inclusive of Client as an organization

Ideal candidate:
• Sourcing experience 1-3 years
• Analysis & analytics experience– good with numbers, good with Excel, able to generate and understand reports
• Excel should be intermediate to expert-level – please verify this
• Strong research skills
• Understanding company reach and company culture – fast-paced, results-driven
• Attention to detail, extremely punctual

Your responsibilities:
• Support implementation of WW (World Wide) + US Media/CMI Strategy to the Client USA Business
• Prepare purchasing projects and define objectives, resources, timelines scope, and supplier selection criteria
• Consolidate & Manage Client USA Spend, Investments & Initiatives
• Identify Stakeholders needs, market trends & innovations
• Co-own the Client USA Media + CMI supplier relationships with internal stakeholders
• Onboard Local Agencies and Consolidate NA evaluation / KPIs
• Benchmark with best in class on the local market
• Manage project-based media deals and contracts
• Serve as day-to-day contact for marketing teams and support them on their key projects
• Identify YoY initiatives (savings, process, etc.) and develop a roadmap for implementation
• Support key initiatives through research, information gathering and strategic development. Provide regular spend reports across media categories and work with Sourcing Teams and worldwide category teams to gather input on needs and priorities plus identify opportunities

Your Experience / Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Media category expertise or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years preferably within a Sourcing/Procurement team with experience in strategic sourcing and category management or at Media/CMI/Marketing Agency.

• Understanding of the media agency and ad tech ecosystem (Ad Serving, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) – As a plus
• Understanding of Consumer/Retailer Data ecosystem– As a plus
