Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • English Level B2 certified .
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, psychology or industrial engineering.
  • Live in Bogota is a must, willingness to go to the site (Americas Site)
  • Knowledge in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in selection process is desirable.
  • Empathy, good attitude and proactivity.
  • Salary range: 2.5 -2.7M
