Specialist – Quality Engineering

Job Description:

• 10 – 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
• Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
• Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
• Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
• Hand-on experience in at least one of the Load testing tools (Load Runner (Primary) , Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc)
• Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
• Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Appdynamic, Tivoli, Sitescope etc
• Hands-on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language (Java, C++ etc.) would be an added benefit
• Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
• Experience in Mobile App Development/Mobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit
• Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance
• Ecommerce performance testing experience is a plus
