Description

System/Network Administrator responsible for maintaining Windows and Linux system infrastructure, network management, system patching and hardening, database management and deployment automation. The person in this position must be able to communicate technical concerns and solutions to varying levels of management and program engineering teams.  

  • Responsible for the system and network configuration of closed area Enterprise level systems
  • Support all aspects and components of a closed area engineering development system                                                                                          
  • Apply vendor patches, DISA STIGs to meet security guidelines and customer directives
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of new networks and IT services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows or Linux operating systems              
  • Experience hardening networking devices and operating systems                      
  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience managing a Microsoft 2012 or higher enterprise level domain
  • Experience supporting RedHat, Centos or ubuntu Linux versions
  • Experience with VMware or similar virtualization software
  • Experience managing a SIPRNet node and have completed HBSS training
  • Experience with Commvault, Splunk, and Atlassian software
  • Experience with Nessus/ACAS software
  • Experience configuring KG-175s
  • Experience managing systems under the NIST 800-53 Risk Management Framework
