  • Support requests from business users for SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms and Teams solutions
  • Product development support.
  • Build custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions, SPFx webparts, Subscription Edition (SE)
  • Govern, manage the administer configuration and security of SharePoint environment.
  • Maintain governance jobs, flows, reports for all Office 365 services
  • Maintain and improve SharePoint Solution for Client.
  • Maintain and evolve provisioning engine for sites and Teams
  • Analyze business requirements; communicate technical topics to non-technical audience
  • Service extended support requests
