Job Description:
Hybrid Onsite from Stamford CT
MINIMUM Experience: 6-10 years
- Willing to work in rotation shifts.
- Has prior experience in L2 support operation team.
- Advanced level knowledge with hands on experience in AWS cloud platform (EKS, CloudWatch, Lamba, Microservices) is an advantage.
- Strong Hands-on with Splunk monitoring tool is a MUST.
- Strong Hands-on with DataDog monitoring tool is a MUST.
- Must have Analytical skills to be able to connect dots while troubleshooting issues in ordering journey on UI/website.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an advantage.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the application & production defects.
- Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Implementing and maintaining version control systems, configuration management tools, and other DevOps related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Drive major incident calls with multiple teams involved.
- Experience in Telecom domain, Telecom billing applications like ICOMS/CSG/AMDOCS, etc. is a plus.
