"Skills and Responsibilities:

• Must have a functional exposure of Oracle Incentive Compensation (end to end flow)
• Must have experience in development of data conversions into Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
• Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQ to create custom rules in Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
• Hands-on experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud
• Must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
• Experience in Oracle Partner relationship management for sales compensation for dealers/partners. "
