Description

Candidates with minimum 10 years of experience in Verizon System - ORBPM (Order Rewire), OMS (Order Management System) and CXP Domains

Candidate should be Verizon CXP Areas

Knowledge of  APIs across CXP and SOE areas

Familiar with Verizon architecture

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and provide resolutions.

Expertly use Kibana and Grafana for monitoring, logging, and alerting purposes.

Analyze logs, metrics, and application performance data to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

Implement performance tuning and optimization for Java applications.

Run and Manage outages and MIM (major incident Management)

Apply strong analytical thinking to identify system fallouts and design reflow steps for process continuity.

Manage and monitor operational funnels to ensure smooth progression through the system, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

Document operational processes, troubleshooting guides, and post-incident reports.
