We are looking for an experienced Spring / RESTful / Microservices Lead with below skill set.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 8 years of experience in design and development of Integration/Web/Distributed/ Mobile applications with at least 3 years working on developing microservices applications

Technical Skills:

Mandatory

1. Must possess good experience Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful services, Kafka, Swagger, Docker, Kubernetes technologies

2. Must possess experience working on logging frameworks like Splunk or ELK (Elasticsearch Logstash and Kibana)

3. Must have good understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Continuous Deployment processes.

4. Must possess good experience in designing applications on containers, micro-services, API orchestration with their eventual deployment on cloud.

5. Exposure in any of the cloud solution architecture like GCP/AWS /Microsoft Azure will be an added benefit

6. Must have ability to understand the requirements and develop work products accordingly

7. Create High Level and Low-Level Design document for the project

8. Ability to guide the team on technical aspects

9. Review work products developed by team

10. Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services

11. Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment

Desired Candidate Profile

Process Skills:

• Directly responsible for estimations, design, and development of applications
• Establish and enforce development standards and guidelines
• Knowledge in executing the project in (Agile Scrum)

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions with team members, end clients and senior business leaders
• Strong executive presence and high energy to drive org goals
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse technical and business teams
• Mentor, coach, and guide team members (onshore / offshore) on design/development/testing/deployment standards.
• Learn new technologies and methodologies and mentor the teams on its usage
