- Experience in creating triggers, functions, packages

- Experience in doing performance tuning of the complex scripts

- Experience in managing teams

- Experience in handling communication with the customers, gathering requirements

- Good Knowledge and Experience in Unix Scripting

- Good Debugging Skills

- Strong analytical skills which includes Root Cause analysis of the defects/issues

- Should be a Quick Learner

- Should have Good Communication Skills

- Good Understanding of Agile methodology

- Knowledge on Python scripting will be an added advantage."
