Looking for someone who is more of a SQL Developer, 7+ years, hopefully more Oracle. Oracle has a more extensive and painful security model. Hana SQL is the same. If they have Oracle, they will be able to pick up Hana easily.

SQL Engines and Databases- need to have core skills

Data Engineer - ETL and data modeling. 

Core SQL and ETL work, no Basis work at all

Need to find someone to be a Hana DBA in the future, but not in the same position
