SQL Programmer

Responsibilities:
Resource has to perform below activities:
•            Monitor Production jobs and services on daily basis and any jobs/services failure need to report to the manager and IO team and need to do the analysis for failure.
•            Need to generate adhoc reports based on the request from client.
•            Need to do production deployment in off business hours coordinating with offshore development team.
•            Do the analysis on issues or incidents reported from production environment and provide details to offshore development team
•            Respond to client mails related to application withing half an hour after mail received.
•            Need to work with Operations/Business team to document the change requests and same need to share to manager and offshore development team
