Description

Provides architectural oversight and SQL Server development services in support of DMHA systems. 
Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of the software architecture and providing day-to-day technical guidance to other DMHA team members.

Works to define the system, technical, and application architectures for FSSA Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA)'s SQL Server (2016) systems, supporting applications, development environments and recommends courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness. Works with State of Indiana Office of Technology (IOT), which does the system hosting, and systems vendors to support applications effectively; as well as staying up to date on business initiatives and objectives.

POSITION AND EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Provides architectural guidance for hashtag#DMHA systems and applications. Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of hashtag#SQL hashtag#Server2016 database environments and provides day-to-day technical guidance to other DMHA team members. SQL Server development activities often consist of designing tables, stored procedures, views, and functions; as well as creating custom reports. Candidate is expected to have the minimum qualifications:

•            7 years of experience as a hashtag#SQLServerdeveloper, hashtag#SQLServeradministrator or similar role
•            Excellent understanding of hashtag#T-SQL programming
•            BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
•            Excellent understanding of hashtag#Microsoft SQL Server 
•            Good knowledge of hashtag#HTML and hashtag#JavaScript 
•            3 years of experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
•            5 years of experience with hashtag#SQL Server Reporting Services and hashtag#sql Server Analysis Services
