Job Description:
Participate in period planning and iteration plans.
Develop and commit to team period objectives and goals.
Engage in research, design, prototyping, and exploration to support development.
Collaborate with Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Review design strategy with the Consultant Technical Lead.
Utilize paired programming to write code and automated acceptance test cases.
Ensure code and acceptance tests reflect desired functionality.
Participate in code reviews and follow defined branching strategies.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance on test case creation.
Continuously improve team processes and embrace coaching and mentoring.
