Sr. Appian Developer/Programmer Analyst

Remote within US

12-month Contract with possibility to extension

 

This position will perform advanced automated Appian systems development work in support of the Client’s IT Rapid Application Development (RAD) Team. This person will be a senior resource leading other developers and/or teams. Duties include independent design and implementation of various Appian based workforce application systems.

 

Position Requirements:

YearsSkills/Experience
8Experience as a developer/programmer or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and five years of experience as a developer/programmer
8Experience developing in a low code platform that includes an Appian Senior Developer Certification and recent hands-on experience in design and implementation of Appian applications
5Experience with Appian components including Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDTs, records, reports, and integration
5Experience with REST Web API development and API integration software such as MuleSoft
5Experience with Cloud-based technologies such as AWS
5Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, practices and techniques of application programming and software design
5Experience in building Appian CDTs and application integration with databases, including Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL
5Skill in solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs; and in troubleshooting computer software systems
3Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio, Axure or Photoshop
3Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) – Octane (Or earlier version ALM)
3Strong written and verbal communication skills to serve as a technical consultant to peers, clearly and accurately document relevant issues, and prepare accurate, concise, reliable reports
