TOP THREE MUST HAVES: 1. Exposure to / experience in OmniChannel Marketing platforms, especially Adobe technology stack (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.) 2. In-depth experience in data model design, data pipelines, data flows, APIs, integrations 3. Great documentation (Visio, lucid chart, PowerPoint) and presentation / communication skills The Sr. Application Architect is responsible for supporting the solution design and implementation for end-to-end customer experience solution using Adobe cloud technologies. The Sr. Application Architect collaborates with OmniChannel Customer Experience team to provide technical solutions that include designing omni channel experiences including Web, Email and SMS touchpoints and help with development, testing and rollout of the solutions using Agile methodology.
