Sr. ASP .Net Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and highly effective Sr. ASP.Net Developer to join our development and support team. We are currently supporting, enhancing and maintaining the statewide SNAP,'TANF Eligibility Determination and ancillary application registration system. The enhancements Include use of latest technologies as needed to interface/integrate with other systems on different platforms and automation of current processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Software Development and analysis, design and development of applications primarily using ASPNET 10 Years
Experience with MVC Frameworks 5.0/4.0 and implementing controller actions and Views, Partial Views, Areas, Sections, Strongly Typed Views and View Models with State Management, Security, caching features and configuration optimizations 10 Years
Experience with automated eligibility determination systems 4 Years
Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architectures 3 Years

Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the s stems and processes 3 Years
Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes 3 Years

Technical/Business Skill Set
Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibility and econonomic assistance policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates as implemented or similar to those in MAVS, the Mississippi statewide eligibility determination system. 2 Years
Experience interpreting, designing and implementing federal and state mandates using Webservices, Microservices, SOAP & Restful WCF & Web API for systems such as Client Application Registration systems (CARS) 2 Years
