Must Have Skills

 

  • Test Automation with experience in Testing middleware/Micro-services
  • Automation using Selenium/Java or JMeter
  • Ability to identify test use cases (all technical) for scope of change and create automation scripts.

     

Essential Job Functions

 

  • Create and review test plans, test cases, and test data; identify problems, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Develop and review automated test scripts.
  • Maintain data integrity of test environment.
  • Create test reports.
  • Create tickets for bug fixing and bug reports.
  • Implement automated regression testing tools and processes.
  • Participate in software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects in creating and validating acceptance criteria and test plans.
  • Work across multiple projects with a variety of individuals and groups.
  • Promote, encourage, and champion the use of automated testing.

     

Position Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of distinguished experience in quality assurance within the banking or financial sector.
