This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter. As a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for bench sales positions. You will manage client accounts and build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Additionally, you will handle communication with candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
