Job description:
Must have 2 - 6 years of bench Sales experience.
Must have good communication skills and negotiation skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules, and policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and GC Visa.
Excellent phone etiquette/professionalism and cold-calling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing our Bench Consultants (EAD/ H1B, GCs, and US CITIZEN).
Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.
Communicating with the consultants daily and updating them about submissions and interviews.
Submitting to their contacts (own Database).
Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally close the candidate.
Strong experience in the US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc).
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source requirements for Candidates.
Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards.
Excellent written, verbal & and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective Bench consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling
