Job Description:

Senior Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills to collaborate within a team environment. The incumbent will be responsible for defining and formalizing functional business requirements, analyzing system functionality, and suggesting process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define functional requirements to articulate system, process, or product/service functionalities aligned with business needs.
  • Develop user (stakeholder) requirements detailing product design, development approach, and test case formulations.
  • Specify Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements to support system functionalities, including performance, scalability, security, and usability.
  • Define Report Specifications, outlining report purposes, attributes, owners, runtime parameters, and/or develop reports accordingly.
  • Utilize strong organizational and writing skills to create graphical representations of business processes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure compliance with defined requirements.
  • Triage and prioritize customer enhancement and incident/bug tickets, validating completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide support and training to new and existing customers/system users.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP software
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Loader
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in training, documentation, and presentation
  • Quality analysis and testing expertise
