Role: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: 100% remote
Contract Length: 12+ months
Only W2
Able to use or sponsor visas: Yes, no sub vend or visa transfers due to quickness of onboarding
Top 3 requirements: technical background, client facing/implementation, Fedwire
- Minimum 5 years business analysis experience, specifically in the field of business requirements development for customer facing products and services
- Applied knowledge of Payables and Receivables treasury management products within financial services, including global ACH and Wire processing
- Experience working with cross-border and/or cross-currency (i.e., foreign exchange) transactions
- Business analysis and requirement development experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences – strong communication skills are a must
- Self-starter who is able to operate with autonomy and drive progress across projects
- Experience navigating heavily matrixed organization, including multiple business lines
- Proficiency with MS Office software products including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, SharePoint
- Financial services or related industry experience
- Knowledge of full SDLC
- Flexibility with working hours
Preferred:
- Treasury/Cash Management background or experience – in particular, domestic and/or international payments and related concepts (payables and receivables via ACH, Wire, mobile wallet, digital wallet, etc.)
- Experience with foreign exchange concepts (FX trade tenor types, FX product types, FX accounting concepts, etc.)
- Familiarity with Fintech payments and receivables vendors and applications
- Experience with International products and/or payment systems/processing
- Familiarity with legal, compliance and regulatory driven requirements – e.g., Know-your-customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Dodd-Frank regulations
- Exposure to agile methodology
