Skills:
• Must have a minimum of 9 years’ experience as a Level 3 Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voice Mail, Cisco Voice Gateways / Cubes, transition of PRI circuits and DiD to MPLS services. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Hands on implementation and operational management of VoIP systems including Cisco Call Mgr., Gateway/Cubes, Unity Connections and their supporting MPLS and PRI circuits.
• Thorough Architectural and Engineering level knowledge of Cisco Voice Enterprise Systems with a hands on background in CUCM, Cisco based routing/switching platforms.
• Must have excellent team leading, project management, verbal and written communicational skills as well as relative Cisco based certifications.
