Minimum 2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.

Minimum 1-year experience in a finance, customer service, or collection background

Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Tact & diplomacy in dealing with internal & external clients
