We are looking forward to hire SAP Basis HANA Professionals in the following areas :

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead a team of SAP Basis administrators in managing and maintaining the SAP landscape.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other SAP applications.
  • Monitor and optimize Hana database performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the database environment
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance.
  • Develop and implement best practices for SAP Basis administration and Hana database management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems and Hana database operations
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as infrastructure and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP systems
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement

    Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 9-12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with hands-on experience in managing SAP systems and Hana databases
  • Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, landscape design, and system administration tasks
  • Experience in Hana database administration, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations, with a thorough understanding of SAP transport management system (TMS)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • SAP certifications in Basis administration and Hana database administration are desirable
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
