Description

Experience in SAP S/4 HANA GRC Access control. EAM, Risk Management, Audit Management.
• Review all SAP Security changes to ensure they meet all SAP Security requirements, including authorization and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) requirements.
• SAP security resource should have 6 - 8 years of experience in ECC , GRC 10.1 implementation and support projects.
• Good experience in SAP ECC, BI security, SAP GRC 10.1, BOBJ, Native HANA and Net Weaver. Add on - FIORI • Hands on experience on GRC 10.1 post implementation
• Should have good experience in Change management process, incident management. 
• User administration, Role administration and transport management.
• Good understanding of security policy and SAP security best practice
• Experience and Good Knowledge on SOX Compliance & Audit Activities.
• Work with internal, external audit, segregation of duties analysis and SOX compliance.
• Participate in SAP audit discussions, questions and help resolve the SOD/SOX issues and good hand in MS Office.
• Exposure to Cutover strategy, Testing and Migration are plus
• Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables and ability to efficiently and accurately, identify Authorization errors using SUIM, SU53 and ST01, etc. to provide consultative support to Business.
• Experience in resolving authorization issues and defect fixing against role.
• Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted violations and improvements in operations as per industry standards and best practices. 
• Documentation in various security processes, procedures & auditing.
• OSS administration.
• Analysing SOD violations, Highlight and discuss violations with role owners / business users for remediation
• Knowledge on BI Analysis Authorization, BI hierarchies, BOBJ with trouble shooting. 
• Experience in Pharma industry preferred (Not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends for planned/unplanned activities.

• Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of more than one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC

• Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with SuccessFactors and other third-party systems 
• Experience in support engagements
• Experience in Support of Payroll, Time Management, ESS, MSS for Global Geographies 
• Functional background in SAP HCM
• Experience in SAP HR Time Management Payroll Support and Maintenance
• CATS Experience.

• Provide support to analyze & fix issues• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve recorded Incidents assigned and implement effective workarounds to mitigate the effects of Incidents• Provide resolution expertise in case of Major Incidents• Interact with teams in other domain areas e.g. development/interfaces teams, security, infrastructure, legacy support teams etc. for cross functional/team issues• Contact SAP or other 3rd party vendors for resolving the issue• Analyze, implement, and take overall responsibility for implementing normal/emergency changes required for Incident resolution• Responsible for functional testing (Unit, Integration and UAT) in systems• Coordinate with internal team, process teams and business users• Contribute to overall KM efforts
