Key Responsibilities:
 Data Domain Expertise: Quickly acclimate to Caterpillar’s complex data domains and Helios environment (AWS/Snowflake).
 Technical Troubleshooting: Handle technical problem identification, resolution, and off-shift/weekend support.
 Data Management: Perform data design, quality assurance, triage, governance, and architecture tasks.
 Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts and automation tools for data issue detection and correction.
 Monitoring & Alerts: Implement monitoring and alerting to proactively identify data issues.
 Collaboration: Engage in technical sync-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, solutions, service, and tier 1 support) via Teams, chat, and email.
Qualifications:
 Experience: 5-7 years in data management, data engineering, or data operations.
 Cloud Expertise: 3+ years in a Cloud environment (AWS, Snowflake).
 Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
