Job Description:
Play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform and guide our business strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to discover trends, patterns, and opportunities within our data, and you will help develop machine-learning and AI models and data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Cleaning:
Collect and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines.
Data Analysis and Exploration:
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Machine Learning and Modeling:
Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms.
Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Implement model deployment strategies in collaboration with engineering teams.
A/B Testing:
Design and analyze experiments to evaluate the impact of changes and improvements.
Provide actionable insights based on A/B test results.
Data-driven Insights:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific business questions and challenges.
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
Communication:
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Present findings and insights to senior management and team members.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and machine learning techniques.
Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field).
Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, sci-kit-learn).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau).
Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
You have significant healthcare experience and are conversant with the providers, manufacturers, and landscape.
