Description

• Job Duties: Responsible for providing operational database services to the organization. 

Primary responsibilities include:
• Database management, owning, tracking, fulfilling and resolving database related requests and incidents
• Review service-related items such as data backups, maintenance jobs, replication, monitoring on a daily basis to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved
• Respond to database related alerts, escalations, change requests, and work across teams to define solutions to new and recurring problems.
• SME for Smartsheet
• Manage database tickets
• Project work/support
• Design/engineering for (Smartsheet DataMesh, Shuttle, Pivot, Control Center)
• Performance Tuning
• Architecture development
• Automation development
• Testing support
• Reporting and analytics support
