"Required Skills:

• AWS Designer with IVR and Lex Bot development experience
• Experience in building chatbot/virtual assistant solutions using Amazon LEX.
• Experience building solutions for IVR (voice chatbot).
• Experience in Jscript, python, .Net, Perl
• Comfortable working with basic change management and Git based source control systems.
• Experience in developing software in different programming languages and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new languages.
• Experience of delivering and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
• Experience working Salesforce Sales, Services cloud voice and financial clouds.
• Experience in working on Azure platform.
• Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, etc.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Prior Contact Center Experience is a must and development experience is must.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ability to Design and delivery business solution using AWS, Platform, Sales, Service (cloud voice), Financial Cloud
• Experience in design, development, implementation & maintenance of new cloud infrastructure, cloud applications & cloud-based solutions with AWS
• Integration of Salesforce service cloud with AWS, Amazon connect, Amazon Lex Platform, MuleSoft and other legacy systems including Java/JEE, Adobe AEM content management and other applications.
• Team player and working with dev, business, release management and operations team to develop and implement AWS platform-based solution.
• Collaborate with PO and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create design documents, develop business functionality, and provide support on end-to-end testing.
• Implement chatbots using Amazon Lex platform with APIs (Java /Python based APIs).
• Designing and implementing secure network solutions, creating & configuring virtualized systems in AWS environment.
• Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems. Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements. Test and deploy programs and applications. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software.
• Performing infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
• Deploying applications in AWS using EC2 instances and Elastic Beanstalk
• Creating blueprints using CloudFormation templates for common workloads
• Building tools for deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting of system resources in an AWS environment "
