Responsibilities:

Work on the end-to-end design and development of data integration solutions using Talend and ETL methodologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to understand data sources, requirements, and transformation rules for ETL processes.
•
Design and implement scalable and efficient ETL workflows using Talend, incorporating error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
•
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL pipeline.
•
Integrate ETL processes with source and target systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
•
Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and system configurations, ensuring clarity and transparency for stakeholders.
•
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve data anomalies, and optimize ETL performance.
•
Stay abreast of the latest Talend features, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
•
Proactively identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, leveraging innovative solutions and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
•
Minimum of 6 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related field.
•
Proficiency in Talend Data Integration and Talend Administration Console, with experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
•
Strong understanding of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices, including data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing principles.
•
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
•
Knowledge of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
•
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
•
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
•
Talend certification (e.g., Talend Data Integration Certified Developer) preferred.
