Skill + Experience in leading 3-4 developers and mentoring the team. 
Experience in working with Solution Architect for Design and providing recommendations. 
Perform Design and Code reviews.

Additional Required Skills - Candidates MUST HAVE experience in ALL of the following:
Tag Management System (Google/Adobe), Google/Adobe Analytics, React/NextJS, Front-end framework, UI/Analytics integration, Report generation, Digital Data Layer, Web Analytics Rockstar,
Excellent Analytical and debugging skills, Experience implementing vendor agnostic web analytics integration, Tableau.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
