Sr. DevOps Technical Lead 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
*Provides senior level consulting services to business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve IT and business management results.
*Develops and implements new processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
*Participates in defining and formulating senior leadership’s IT strategy through the review of business objectives and value proposition.
*Advises senior leadership on future business direction and aligns IT with business priorities, strategies, and operating models.

Required Skills
*5 or more years of working experience with Industry standard DevOps CI/CD Tools including: source code repository management, CI pipeline configuration, and/or binary repository management.
*5 or more years of Development experience using either of the development platform (Java, Python, .NET, JS)
*5 or more years of hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and creating automation for a CI/CD pipeline
*3 or more years of experience with working with either Maven or Gradle
*3 or more years of experience performing complex troubleshooting and performance tuning of various issues within CI/CD tool chain using industry standard monitoring tools.
*2 or more years of container experience
*2 or more years of continuous testing practices and enablement through CI/CD pipeline

Hands on knowledge on following tools.
*Groovy (must)
*Gitlab (must)
*Jenkins or equivalent CI Tool (must)
*Artifactory (must)
*Docker (must)

Preferred Skills
*Well versed with SAFe/Agile
*Security, Audit, Compliance
*Cloud platform – AWS
*Experience working in financial services
*Experience with Kubernetes
*Experience with OpenShift
*Experience with Security Scanning tools - Check Marx, Twist lock, Synk, X-ray, Sysdig, Contrast Security any similar tools 
*1 or more years of site reliability engineering experience
*Experience in Java Application development, deployment, configuration, Unix and integration a plus
