We are seeking a Sr. Digital Product Manager / Squad Owner to lead the implementation and optimization of best-in-class customer solutions across various digital channels. This is a critical position within the growing Digital Team, and the ideal candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape our customer experience across online and mobile app platforms, while leading in an Agile environment across the business.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders in the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the online and in-app experience thru all customer journeys. 
  • Drive stakeholders to embrace an Agile process and mindset across stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure a flexible, rational approach to new feature development and mitigation of bugs. 
  • Motivate and lead the Agile team while setting clear product direction, prioritizing the backlog towards maximum user and business value, and translating business goals into user stories.
  • Identify any brand, voice, and experiential inconsistencies across the footprint, and work with teams to develop and execute plans to rectify them. 
  • Communicate with stakeholder groups to achieve and maintain alignment.
  • Monitor trends and performance and recommend new online features and functionalities based on learnings.
  • Develop and maintain an external framework to benchmark customer experience and identify new opportunities with IT teams to outline business requirements for all new online and in-app features and functionalities.
  • Drive development and execution of product roadmaps and sprint schedules. 

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of digital user behavior and best practices, with demonstrated experience in creating digital experiences that exceed business objectives across both online and mobile app platforms. 
  • Experience delivering digital solutions for customer self-service and sales journeys. 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Highly analytical, fact-based decision-maker who can synthesize multiple data sources into thoughtful and convincing recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed environment.
  • Strong ability to drive delivery with both technical and non-technical teams, including user design, content, development, QA/UAT, and ops.  
  • Tenacious in meeting deadlines, adept at juggling multiple priorities to meet deliverable dates, organized and resilient in the face of challenges.
