About The Role
- We are looking for a Senior Digital Recruiter to join our Talent team! In this role, you will partner with our Digital organization to define the strategy and hire top talent from IC's to Mgmt.
- Roles as we continue to build out our world class Digital Team to create meaningful personalized experiences for our customers nationwide.
- We are looking for someone passionate about talent acquisition, who enjoys searching for cutting edge technical skill sets and working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to scale our data office.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Partner with Engineering business leaders and HR to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies and maintain pipelines of exceptional talent.
- Stay in touch with the industry landscape and market trends to bring recruiting solutions to our business partners.
- Educate and train internal clients on recruiting processes and best practices to ensure top talent selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years full cycle Digital recruiting experience required including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and salary negotiation.
- Experience recruiting Product Managers/ Digital media sales/ Product Designers ...etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
