We are looking to add an experienced Controls Engineer to an onsite engagement with our consulting practice at a well-known industry leader in the heating and cooling industry. This is a long-term role and will come with a comprehensive benefits package as well as PTO and Holidays.

This person will be instrumental in the development of highly customized industrial air handling products to meet current and future efficiency requirements.

Description

Electrical/Control engineers work on power electronics and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) control development for embedded processor using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Design, test and sustain electronic Printed Circuit Board (PCBs) assemblies and components. They conduct prototype testing and confirm that the product operates as expected with reference to specific documented requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct system modeling, system simulation and verification using MATLAB/Simulink with Auto- code generation. Conduct prototype testing on hardware-in-loop system, variable speed drives and chiller to verify control performance
