  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience Senior Informatica Developer with ETL Technical Support
  • Experience and proficiency in support of Informatica Power center, Informatica IICS, Informatica IDQ and Informatica Power Exchange
  • Experience handling Onsite and Offshore Teams
  • Well aware of L1, L2 and L3 Support Process
  • Work with internal business units and external trading partners, as needed, to resolve issues and support the business
  • Experience in Problem Management and Change Management
  • Meet individual case management and SLA goals
  • Periodically reviews system to ensure client needs are met; identifies possible modifications as required.
  • Strong Analytical, organization and communication skills accompanied by flexibility to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Effective communication and Stake holder Management
