Description

Candidate should have:

  • 6-8 years of hands-on development experience using SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, HTML5, Angular, APIs, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies is a definite plus.
  • Proficient in design thinking and focused on test-driven development and embedded security.
  • Experience with containers, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, DevOps, Jenkins, Nexus, and GitHub.
  • Commitment to quality-forward development practices with a focus on automation.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AWS services, including ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, and SQS/SNS.
  • Experience setting up DevOps pipelines with Jenkins.
  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience in building software within the airline industry.
  • DevOps and/or automation experience in code testing, building, and deployment.
  • Experience working with GitHub and/or GitLab, SonarQube, Jenkins, JUnit, and SpringBoot.

Additional Competencies:

  • Implement front-end solutions based on technical designs for product/project teams.
  • Create, maintain, and provide production support for critical enterprise applications.
  • Accurately estimate deliverable timelines.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional code.
  • Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Collaborate with product team members, leadership, and business partners to create secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions
