Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Python development experience is a must
• 2+ years of SQL programming experience preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata
• Knowledge of performance tuning data intensive applications
• Expertise in performance profiling, ability to identify performance improvements and memory optimizations
• Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills
• Experience in large scale enterprise application design and implementation
• Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative tech-based solutions
• Excellent communication skills

• We are looking for an full stack developer.
• In this particular search, the primary skill required is SQL coding, data structures and performance tuning skills with Python/Java/Hadoop being the other important ones. If they know PERL or Unix shell scripting or any other coding language and willing to put in the effort and adapt to the skills above, we will consider them.
• The candidates with exposure to Capital Markets or Wall Street in general with exposure to Traded Products like Derivatives and Repos would be given more preference over others.
